Tempo for Runners Version 6.0.0

Introducing Tempo v6. This is an amazing update to make your favorite running app even better. The key feature of this release is Readiness. It has been in the works for a long time (to put mildly). 

Here’s an overview of the release:

• Introducing Readiness

Track your daily physiological recovery and training adaptation based on your HRV and Resting Heart Rate in Tempo's new Readiness tab.

• Glanceable Durations

Tempo's signature dashboard design now includes total workout durations. You can swipe between durations, paces, and distances for the last 7/30/365 days %20 current week/month/year.

• Configure Dashboard Calendar

Change the number of weeks displayed on the Training Dashboard's Intensity calendar from Tempo's in-app settings.

• Indoor & Outdoor Workouts

Tempo's filtering feature now supports viewing stats only for indoor or outdoor workouts. You can also exclude indoor workouts from the average pace displayed on the Training Dashboard.

• Bug fixes & Minor Design Changes

And of course, as always, there are a bunch of bug fixes and minor design optimizations.
