- Adds the option to add all fields from the template to the contact view to improve adding multiple fields to a contact

- Improved the menu structure of the Add Fields menu

- Switched YouTube links from the legacy username URLs to the new YouTube Handle URL

- Change between the different tabs with ⌘1, ⌘2, ⌘3 and ⌘4.

- Perform contact actions with ⌃⌘1, ⌃⌘2, ⌃⌘3 and ⌃⌘4.

- Fixed an issue that caused Cardhop to become unresponsive for some users

- Fixed direct actions when a group is selected
